By massive meal I’m referring to an intake of the daily recommended calories that your body needs to function properly. For women, that’s 1,600–2,400 and for men, it’s 2,000–3,000. Either you’re having an extremely calory dense meal or a massive one in my opinion. After all, I’ve had a personal experience where I was roughly 1,000 calories under what I should be eating and brought myself into a famine state. Technically speaking I was fasting even though I was having three meals a day though small in size between a roughly 8-hour window.
