Do This One Thing To Be Happier Every Single Day

Positivity isn’t about finding big boosts of it. Rather, noticing the small things that lead to it.

The number of challenges out there is endless, but one that stood out to me the most was a happiness challenge. I’m not talking about the generic 30 day happiness challenges or ones that assure you you’ll never fail.

I’m talking about the 100 Happy Days Challenge. A challenge — as it states — where you must strive to be happy for 100 days in a row.

Back then, I found this to be rather interesting as I’m someone who is generally a happy individual and figured many people could manage this too. I mean people have created 30-day no-fail happiness challenges right? This should be a cakewalk for those people.

I know as far as the current times go it’s much different. There’s a pandemic going on, civil unrest, and there’s generally a lot of hate, anger, and frustration out there.

But that number hasn’t changed much from where it was two years ago. There were still many participants from the program who failed the challenge.
