Glad you enjoyed it Kaz! I do try to keep things as simple as possible since it also helps me with explaining it and passing on my own thoughts on the subject.

I do like philosophy as a whole as it's a different way of thinking. I'm not sure if it's all Stoicism or if there are other schools of thought but it's still interesting to learn about them.

I take more of an issue of it being some modern adaptation to provide some kind of enhancement and the advocates are just calling it some ancient concept when it's not.
