Great article! Coconut oil for me comes and goes in phases. There was a time I used it all the time, however now I hardly use it. We still have some in the cupboard though and once in a while I use it. Right now we’re using extra virgin olive oil (now that I learned what they mean by virgin oils I wonder what they mean by the extra bit). The only thing that I did hear of before is too much coconut oil harms you due to I think sugar in it. It didn’t make sense since the only sugar in it is from the fruit itself which is natural sugar, and again a whole other story compared to added sugar.
