Thanks for this. From my experiences with health I tend to lean more towards what makes you feel good over the science. I'd still encourage people to get most of their protein from solids rather than liquids and to do what makes them feel good.
But I find with diving into studies it gets confusing. There are other aspects one has to consider as some studies say one thing while others counter that previous statement. I've also got a personal trainer who has said some of the information has been manipulated as well - from average folk like me and dieticians alike.
That aspect would be something worth diving into for an article, though it might be an extensive one that would need to be more thoroughly researched. However your comment has given me some material to be writing a blog post around this addressing some of the concerns in a shorter article people might find easier to read. Thanks for that.
