How To Do A Weekly Reset To Boost Productivity And Well-Being

With every day melding together in a constant vicious cycle, there is plenty of opportunities for us to feel absolutely drained. It’s especially bad for those who aren’t doing things to break up the same constant work day in and day out as our lives slowly start to deteriorate over the obsession of work.

For those stuck in those kinds of situations, I wanted to share with you a weekly reset plan. It’s a 4-step process that’ll boost productivity and your overall well-being in the process.

Step 1: Pick A Day To Do The Reset

The first step is to pick a specific day to perform the reset. I’m giving this a step since every person’s week is different. Not every person is a freelance writer and thinks Sunday is the last day of the week.

Make sure that the day you are picking is one that isn’t overly busy. To perform a reset, you’re going to need to block out a lot of time.
