Every person and their grandma has to have a morning routine as it is essential to preparing yourself for the day.

Some people start this routine at a reasonable time like say 6 am or even 7 am. But those individuals are already starting off on the wrong foot. They’ve already lost and are already losers to the true early birds.

The people that wake up at 4 am. Some even go further and set an alarm for 3:52 am.

That’s some Mark Wahlberg levels of dedication right there and that man is built like a house.

From there, your routine is everything. Everything you do from there sets your tone for the rest of the day. And you need to optimize it with a fine tooth comb in order to get the most of it.

There are all kinds of different strategies online but all of them pale in comparison to the ultimate form of optimizing your day. A strategy that I devised myself.
