I agree with that too that there are more diverse voices. Especially so on Medium. I don't follow too many people but I make a point of making my self-help inspiration writers on here diverse so I do get different perspectives. Also my research and talking to different people with different backgrounds helps a lot.

I think self-help can really change a lot if we try to be diverse with who we engage with and listen to.
