I can certainly connect with your frustrations with this. For several years I’ve been struggling to find myself as well as improve myself. I’ve come to realize that it takes a lot of time and in my case there were days, weeks or even months where I made very little progress in the grand scheme of things.

It was tiresome.

But what I learned from it is that we shouldn’t focus on every single thing that’s wrong with us and try to fix it all at once. Instead, as you have suggested at the end of this piece, is to focus on one thing at a time.

Continue practicing writing, it will get better over time. From there why not try working out a little? Start adding 10 push ups as soon as you wake up. It’s not going to burn the fat away, but it’s a start.

Good luck out there. 😃
