I don’t see myself as someone who could fast. I actually had a three day health challenge where I had nothing meal replacement shakes and it did not bode well. I was weak and for the first time in my life, I felt pretty drained. Three days may not have been enough to come full circle, but I know I need at least some kind of food.
On another note, you are right that your environment makes an impact. How we view that environment is significant as it’ll determine our actions. It might also induce certain trigger habits as well. Often times we go to a mall to buy things. Even if we came to browse at times, there is still that compulsion.
