I think what you're pointing out is a larger systemic problem while the article I wrote focuses on a more individualistic problem. The purpose was to talk about how money affects our minds on a micro level rather than looking at the overarching systems we have in place that can encourage that behaviour.
From what I'm piecing together you're proposing a whole shift on how money is dealt with, accumulated and earned by people which I can't really partake in that conversation since I haven't really dwelled on that. But again, that is something I'll keep in the back of my mind.
