I'm glad you enjoyed it, Mike! I appreciate you sharing this as I'm not too familiar with Buddhist traditions.

I personally believe meditation is more on the self reflection aspects and finding that soothing. However, considering the billions of articles out there, the part I wanted to highlight is the fact people might be leaning heavily in "mindfulness is meditation and it's all you need to cure depression, stress, and anxiety." When in reality, there is clearly more to it.

I'm glad to read you have a good understanding of meditation and mindfulness and are using it well.
