I'm glad you enjoyed reading this Kaz! I totally get that as well since our natural instincts are to help other people and not ask questions. Big thing I'd recommend is to always check how you feel about the person when you interact with them or think about them. Obviously, everyone has their own flaws and we have gripes about certain people, but there's a big difference between like a weird social quirk that rubs you the wrong way and someone you don't like being around at all or feel a sense of dread seeing.
