Interesting. I thought most challenges focused on some other things like writing or dieting. Then again that seems to be all I’ve been searching for when I do get exposure to challenges.
Either way I agree with you that it’s important to take a lot of action and make little plans. I enjoy these brief challenges as a lot of them already have plans mapped out for you.
The only thing that I think is lacking though is 3 month challenges. Sure you can stack the same challenge 3 times, but in some cases (like meal plans) it can get boring or restricting to do the same thing. With cold showers or even reading, that’s a whole other story.
