That’s a pretty good start and to be honest I was kind of expecting it to be something like that. It’s difficult for our bodies to adjust to new things and clearly with all of your changes in your life, there are things that you used to do that don’t work any longer. Keep experimenting, and one thing you can consider as well is learn how to write faster. One thing that might help you is the Pomodoro technique which is basically you dedicate 20 minutes to one task. I’d say take 20 minutes to write one article and see where that takes you.
Also I’m not tired of you talking about your growth. I think it’s important to talk about it and share it with other people, even if you relapse, even if you fail. It’s part of the process.
