No problem! I’m happy to help out with that. Admittedly, wasting time can get out of hand (like with all things). I think a lot of people play onto that fear which in turn restricts how much they truly enjoy their free time and experience life. It started off as a concern but people ran with that fear into saying all time must be productive and that’s the “optimal” path.
