No problem Carolyn. Yeah I know with eating it can be difficult at times. I used to be an over-eater and then when I shifted to losing weight, I became someone not eating enough. Had to start tracking calories on a daily basis to get an idea of that and to improve my eating habits.
It's a tricky balance to handle at times but it sounds like you're doing it right and have the right mindset.
