Note on the book too: it's not a really good one. A psychologist I've started watching - David Colarossi - read through the book himself and said it would've been much better if David focused on advice from his time at Disney rather than on this.
The book talks about how you have this one purpose in life and you have to find out what it is while also sharing other advice on self-discovery, anxiety, and a few other things - giving us a general idea of certain topics and nothing too specific.
To top it off, he also added religious undertones to the whole thing saying to readers that not finding that "one purpose" (which is flawed since we have many aspects of our lives that give us purpose) in your life means you're wasting God's gift to you for putting you on this planet.
So yeah. Fun times. :) *he says sarcastically*
