Oh for sure Martins, we definitely need to be having these discussions. It's why the Writers Guild made a point of discussing the relationship with AI in their proposal when they did.

I don't doubt that technology will play a big part in us working less hours. But with our current system it's really not ready.

The biggest step to take is to ensure that while people are working less hours, they're also getting paid substantially more for those hours, something that clearly greedy extreme capitalists don't really like all that much.

We either need to force them - like what the WGA did - or reason with them to pay their fair share and ensure everyone can individually sustain themselves by working a single job for an allotted period of time.
