Thank you for sharing this with us. I’ve actually been in a bit of a lull lately as well and I’m only now starting to climb out of it. I’ve actually noticed that I do similar things that you are doing as well. I express gratitude in the work that I’m doing or how focused I’m at, I’ve also been walking daily and moving away from my desk. There’s even been a bit of time where I’ve meditated as well.
One thing though that I think might help other people is another mantra that I recall. It’s simply “This too shall pass.” It’s a reminder that everything we have is temporary. While it may seem like a bleak outlook on life, you can use this mantra to assure yourself that whatever bad emotions you are experiencing from anything is temporary and will be irrelevant in as little as a few minutes.
