Thank you very much for this Amanda. I practice a lot of these things myself, however there’s a few I could use a reminder. What got me was the do nothing one. A lot of times I do want to be doing something, mainly because when I do nothing I do nothing for hours or even the rest of the day. I don’t feel that guilty about it, but I feel like I could get by with a little more work.
