Thanks Kaz! I don't know how often she posts on Facebook lately (Facebook algorithms haven't really shown me her posts lately, if she's been posting anything at all) but I remember when she first was getting to her diagnosis she was sharing other people's content on ADHD. I just know she has it because she was sharing those posts and commenting about how this relates to exactly what she's dealing with and so on.

That said, I am glad that this article helped out in some fashion and I wish you luck in getting podcasts and videos up and running! A lot of people are finding solace in these sorts of things and while it's nothing compared to getting a diagnosis, therapy, and medication, just talking about it and sharing helping tips and tricks can help out a lot.

But in the meantime, I would encourage to keep writing about it and keep the blog active too. You can still use your blog and Twitter as a means of sharing that content too. Recycle content as it were.
