That’s amazing you are doing something like this Shannon. It actually reminds me of something I saw a while back. There’s actually a specific yoga place that allows people to do exercises nude. It’s fascinating because as you’ve said in your story we have a tendency to sexualize skin exposure. Whether it’s a woman showing too much of her back or a guy walking around shirtless, we associate those kinds of things as sexual when deep down it’s really not.

Some people prefer to have their skin breathe or maybe it’s a really hot day and having a shirt on is too much.

Whatever the case is, normalizing nudity and seeing it as a choice within the confines of your own home seems to have a lot of benefits.
