That’s an interesting take to feedback. Honestly I didn’t quite think of it as a gift at all. I understand that it’s important and for me in particular if I don’t get it, I’m often pretty lost or stuck with what I should be doing. I think with that mentality I’ve actually never even heard that feedback was to be a gift.

For me, it’s always been a tool to grow further and is incredibly helpful.
