This is really interesting Luke. I’ve been pretty mindful of how long certain activities of mine take as well and have been focusing more on the shower times than anything else.

One thing that I found that can speed up shower times is taking cold showers or following the principal of “get in, get wet, get out.”

The idea is jump in, do what you need to do, and then get right back out. Because of this concept, paired with standing in a cold shower for a solid minute, my showers normally take me under 5 minutes.

The cold showers can help you a lot and may smooth over those difficult times in the winter.
