What Millennials Need To Thrive
Millennials are a misunderstood generation and understanding them is the key to future growth.
Screw-ups.
Lazy.
Selfish.
Self-centred.
Unprepared.
These are some of the labels that have plagued my generation for several years.
But what if I told you a lot of these labels are really what keeps people so divided?
In fact, a lot of our problems peoples perceptions. Look up racism and how it’s affected America for the past 100+ years for more details.
But that is a more extreme case of insults and faulty perceptions dividing us. When it comes to generations as a whole, these differences are a little craftier.
But when you break those labels down, we begin to see the real problems. And fixing these problems is what millennials really need in order to grow.
