Why You Feel Stuck And How To Break Out

You have so many options. You need to find them is all.

I woke up this morning and got onto my scale. Today is weigh-in day to note my progress on my weight loss journey.

222 pounds.

The same as it was from last week.

And the week before.

And the week before that.

For the past few months now, I’ve been coasting around that weight despite the fact I’ve been working out on a regular basis. My eating habits have been solid as well and align with my personal trainer's recommendations as well.

At this moment in my journey, I’m stuck.

Every single day, people look at the mirror — at themselves — and see the same thing day in and day out. It can be tough living with yourself, especially if you are the kind of individual who is working on changing themselves on the inside or outside.

Weight loss and muscle gain make that scenario more obvious, but all aspects of growth trigger the same kind of pathways.

If your business is stuck on an issue, you can see it in your eyes or on your face. From the droopy stare to bloodshot eyes from staying up all night wracking your brain over solutions and finding none.
