Yeah that's where I'm at in terms of how life coaches should be guiding people. We should be fully aware that we have some kind of agenda - be it spurred from our biases or general philosophy - whenever we guide people along. But at the same time have the self-awareness to sit back, not say a thing, and let people reach their own conclusions.
Defining what makes a person happy or successful is something that life coaches should nudge a little but ultimately leave it up to the individual to define what that means for them.
