Yeah there is definitely a more overarching theme with these movements. I think the Neutrality movement would probably be the more close to adopting food impacts psychologically since I can imagine more people would be into researching and understanding more about their bodies.
The body types you presented is something I haven't heard of and appreciate you sharing that with us Steven. I feel like I may have the same type as you as I've been struggling a bit with losing weight lately and I remember I lost a considerable amount when I changed my diet a few times. Once was in university I switched to a Paleo diet and there was another time where I had carbs, but a limited amount with more protein in my meals. Today, my diet is leaning towards that as well.
Either way, you're right that these types don't discriminate. It's more that movements influence our view over this type of information when it's presented to us. I think for most people these kinds of movements can serve as anchor points for ourselves. The only problem is if we're not growing past them or accepting there are flaws with them.
