Yeah there's a crazy amount of apps available that look into optimizing certain things. I mentioned a productivity app I use to help with focus, but I know there's some that can track water intake, dietary needs, steps. A lot of tech these days have essentially given us hard data that people can then use to further enhance those experiences.
Some are good, but others, as I've tried pointing out, don't feel great at all or that helpful. Particularly if you get caught up in the numbers.
